We offer the following shipping methods within the United States for items shipped directly from our Mostly Fives warehouse:

CONTINENTAL U.S. SHIPPING:

Standard Delivery

FREE FedEx® standard ground service for all merchandise orders of $100.00 or more.
FedEx® ground service for orders less than $100 is approximately $9 for the first item and approximately 10% of your order total for each additional item. Please choose one of the options listed:
            FedEx Home Delivery® (to residences) Tuesday –Saturday delivery
            FedEx Ground® (to businesses) Monday – Friday delivery

Expedited Delivery

FedEx 2Day® (2 business days) $22 for the first item and $10.00 each for any additional items.
FedEx Standard Overnight® (next business day) $32 for the first item and $10.00 each for any additional items.
Second and Next Day Business Day delivery orders placed after 3:00 p.m. Central Time will not be processed until the following business day.

Once your order has been shipped a confirmation number will be sent to you. To track your order, please visit www.fedex.com

Shipments from our Manufacturers:

Some items may ship to you directly from our manufacturers. The manufacturer may use a different carrier to deliver your order to you. If your item is shipped directly from our manufacturer, the transit times may differ from those listed above. Items shipped directly from our manufacturer are not eligible for expedited delivery.

ALASKA, HAWAII, PUERTO RICO, P.O. BOXES & AFO/FPO ADDRESSES:

FedEx SmartPost® ground service for orders less than $100 is approximately $9 for the first item and approximately 10% of your order total for each additional item.
Please note:
FedEx Smart Post® partners with the U.S. Postal Service to make standard deliveries.
Final delivery may take 7-14 business days to some destinations.
Random orders are briefly held for additional verification which may delay delivery of your order.

Once your order has been shipped a confirmation number will be sent to you. To track your order, please visit www.fedex.com. Your order can be tracked until it has delivered to the U.S. Postal Service.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

Sorry, we are not able to ship international orders at this time.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not pleased with your merchandise you may return
the items within 25 days of receipt. All products must be UNWORN, in their ORIGINAL CONDITION, in the ORIGIONAL BOXES with all parts and accessories and with ALL TAGS ATTACHED. Please do not place tape or
shipping labels on the product boxes. Please use the original or another suitable shipping carton for the return.

We have included an RETURN/EXCHANGE form with your order. Please indicate the reason for your return on the form. Shipping charges are not re-fundable.

Exchanges

Need a different SIZE or another COLOR of the same item? No problem, just complete the RETURN/EXCHANGE form that was included in your shipment. Send the item back to us at the address listed above address. Please indicate your replacement color or size and we will ship the exchanged item to you FREE of charge. The exchanged merchandise will be sent back to you via standard ground shipping or FedEx SmartPost®, depending on your area. If you require expedited delivery of the item, please treat your order as a “Return” and place a new order for the requested item. Note: If you want a different item, you must place a new order for the requested merchandise.

Returns

Please complete the RETURN/EXCHANGE form that was included in your shipment. Send the item back to us at the address listed above. Refunds will be issued in the manner as the order was paid. Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and a credit applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10 days. Depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.

Returns/Exchanges on shipments from our Manufacturers:

Merchandise shipped directly to you from our manufacturer should be returned to Mostly Fives Returns Department, see address listed above.
